Oh, I have your attention now, don’t I?!
I have finally realized what keeps people looking young. Now, there is chronological age which you can’t change, but your biological age is greatly effected by how much sex that you have. Now, follow along; in your 20’s you get sex, and your body produces many chemicals which maintain your youth and vigor. A guy recieved endorphines, testosterone, a physical work out which effects your heart, lungs, lymph system, hip muscles etc. Many biological benefits for woman as well. Now in your thirties, most people have married and have children but still like to engage in those wonderful private moments with your spouse/significant other, just not as much. So you start to age not only chronologically but biologically. Now, in your fourties, because of the fact that you have not had the time or energy, your body has already started to look like something has been neglected. You flare your nostrils and wiggle your eyebrows at each other, get the green light then run to the stairs, look at the stairs and say ‘wanna watch Law and Order instead? I’ll make the popcorn’ because by the time you actually make it upstairs and catch your breath, you start to look at the bed not as a playground but as a soft quiet place to go to sleep. Never actually recharging your ‘never ready’ so, depriving your body the needed endorphine rush and work out, you start to get wrinkles. Some might say those wrinkles are from worrying if your kids might come home and interupt your adult activities but no, it is from the reduction in the very adult activity which causes the wrinkles to appear. Now, by the time you hit your fifties, those adult activities are but a distant yet happy memory. What you used to do all night now takes you all night to do. Following the Kama Sutra might put you in traction that is IF you could actually bend like you used to. So what you used to do 3 or 4 times a day in your twenties, you do 3 or 4 times a year when in your fifties. Now, had you actually kept up with your youthful activities, biologically you might look in your late thirties maybe early fourties but your biological age actually looks like your chronological age, or worse. Now, you take ginko biloba and CoQ10 to just remember what those youthful activities were. It has been speculated that those people that look much younger than their chronological age maintained their vim and vigor by partaking in the vim &vigorous activities. Dick Clark, Steve Martin, Mickey Rooney and Regis Filburn are examples of people that had found the secret to looking and acting much younger than they actually were. So, next time you feel slow and sluggish, don’t go for that cup of coffee or enegy drink, do what you did when you were twenty two. Escape the kids, drive in your Pinto station wagon and find a quiet place to recharge, just make sure a cop doesn’t come and interupt you like your kids would have.
